An opportunity has arisen to join the organisation as a Graduate Developer. You will join a highly experienced team and can expect to develop a thorough and in-depth understanding of the software produced by the team and the financial industry particularly around trading solutions.
You can expect your job role to include the following:
- Coding and development in C sharp, .Net Framework, XML, XSLT and SQL Server
- Business Analysis; working with the product Design Team in analysing customer needs
- 2nd Line support; Assist in solving problems for customers which have been escalated to the development support team.
Throughout your first year you will receive extensive personal training and education on software, coding languages and many aspects of corporate finance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking technical graduate to embark on a long and successful career within financial software development.
In order to apply you must have:
- Achieved a 2.1 in your degree in a related discipline (Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering etc)
- A demonstrable interest in, and understanding of, computing and development skills
- Prior exposure to C, C , Java or SQL
- An interest in the financial sector
- A methodical, hardworking and enthusiastic mindset and be willing to work under pressure
- A passion for and excellent ability to solve problems
